How does buying a car in Germany with CLIM work?

In four steps: you choose a vehicle or let CLIM help you search; CLIM inspects the car, guides the purchase and takes care of the transport; then CLIM guides you through the steps for technical inspection and import; and finally your car is delivered to your door.

How long does an import take?

Your car is with you within five working days of collection in Germany. If we receive the seller’s documents in advance, it can take two to three working days. Before collection, allow two to three working days for the payment. Some garages also need up to a week to get the car ready, for example for a service.

How much does an import cost?

We set the price per car. It depends mainly on where in Germany the car is. The price includes, among other things, the check beforehand, guidance with the purchase, insured transport and home delivery.
