Can CLIM find a car for me in Germany?
Yes. With the custom car search, CLIM starts a targeted search in Germany based on your wishes and budget. You receive several vehicle proposals that match your criteria, complete with photos and full details.
What happens after I have chosen a car?
Once you have made your choice, CLIM remotely checks the documents, vehicle data, photos and seller information, and guides you through the purchase. The car is then safely transported, imported into Belgium and delivered to the address of your choice.
Who is the custom car search for?
For private individuals and companies: for example someone looking for a family car with specific features, a self-employed person who needs a van or commercial vehicle, or someone who wants to treat themselves to a sports or luxury car.
What if I have already found a car myself?
Then our car import service is the right choice. CLIM then guides you through the check, the purchase, the inspection and the transport of your car.
How much does an import cost?
We set the price per car. It depends mainly on where in Germany the car is. The price includes, among other things, the check beforehand, guidance with the purchase, insured transport and home delivery.
How long does an import take?
Your car is with you within five working days of collection in Germany. If we receive the seller’s documents in advance, it can take two to three working days. Before collection, allow two to three working days for the payment. Some garages also need up to a week to get the car ready, for example for a service.
Do you give advice on VAT and BIV?
Yes. Luis gives advice on the VAT scheme, the Belgian BIV tax and light commercial vehicles. For your own tax situation, it is best to have your accountant take a look too.
